to drive
end-to-end sales
across hospitals in the U.S. This is an
onsite role requiring frequent travel , focused on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have prior

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Key Responsibilities
Conduct
end-to-end sales
to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across the U.S. Develop and maintain
strong relationships
with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking. Present and
demonstrate products
to healthcare professionals, explaining features, benefits, and clinical relevance. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements in alignment with company policies. Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Operations, and Finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction. Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes . Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience ; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a strong plus. Proven success in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Comfortable with frequent
travel across the U.S. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. What We Offer
