About the Role

We\'re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who leads by example. This isn\'t a desk job—you\'ll be coaching your team while actively closing deals yourself, both on the phone and in the field. Our ideal candidate brings their own book of business and can hit the ground running, selling technology solutions into the markets they know best. What You'll Do

Lead a small, focused team (2-3 sales reps) while staying in the trenches selling alongside them Drive revenue across SMBs, professional offices, schools/universities, and government accounts Sell actively—this is a working manager role, so you\'ll be closing your own deals via phone and field visits Leverage your network to bring immediate sales opportunities to the table Coach and develop your team to consistently exceed targets Track performance and provide insights that move the needle What You Bring

Must-Haves: 2-3+ years managing a sales team (at least 2-3 direct reports) Proven experience as a working manager who sells while leading Background in e-commerce, technology, hardware, software, or service sales Critical: Experience selling into schools/universities, professional offices (lawyers, doctors), or SMBs An existing book of business you can tap into immediately Comfort with both inside sales (phone) and outside sales (field) Nice to Have: Government sales experience CRM proficiency A consultative selling approach What We Offer
