Engages and achieves sales targets with potential customers through door-to-door and community interactions to present T-Mobile\'s latest offers and services. Engages in post-sales follow-up to support an exceptional customer experience. Education

High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor\'s Degree: Business or Marketing (Preferred) Work Experience

Engaging with customers in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics (Preferred) Presenting and explaining complex product offerings effectively to potential customers (Preferred) Working in a target-driven sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Sales proficiency in direct consumer sales with a focus on door-to-door sales tactics Strong verbal and written communication to articulate offers clearly and persuade potential customers Customer engagement and the ability to connect with customers, address inquiries, and facilitate a smooth onboarding to T-Mobile services Market insight into telecommunications dynamics and sales strategies (Preferred) Advanced negotiation capabilities to secure sales and exceed targets Problem solving to identify and resolve issues during the sales process Adaptability to modify sales approaches based on customer needs and market conditions Product presentation skills for delivering engaging overviews of T-Mobile\'s products and services Licenses and Certifications
