commercial real estate investment and development company
based in Lexington, KY, with operations throughout
Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana , to identify an
Associate Property Manager
to support day-to-day property operations. This is a
full-time, in-person role
with some overtime required and is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, property-focused environment. Position Overview The Associate Property Manager will support daily operations across multiple commercial properties, including maintenance coordination, site inspections, and tenant and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong fiscal accountability and a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of multiple commercial properties, including maintenance coordination and vendor management
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports for leadership
Respond promptly to tenant requests, document work orders, and escalate issues as needed
Coordinate communication between tenants and contractors
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Assist with property budgeting, capital improvement projects, and CAM reconciliations
Support lease administration activities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in property management, real estate, construction, or a combination of education and experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
What They Offer
Competitive Salary & Benefits – $55,000-$70,000yr based on experience.
