
Asset Management Specialist - Software/hardware

This role handles the financial, procurement, and IT/telecom asset management operations. The person ensures invoices are processed, hardware and software are deployed, and assets are accurately tracked, all in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage telecom and network invoices and support related financial processes. Procure hardware and software and coordinate deployment. Track and maintain IT and telecom assets (hardware & software). Handle cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or by collaborating with vendors. Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested. Process incoming invoices and track payment status. Prioritize and manage multiple requests and tasks under tight deadlines. Update and maintain accurate asset records. Communicate with vendors to resolve incidents or coordinate deployments. Prepare reports and documentation to support financial and asset management processes. Top Required Skills
Understanding of administrative accounts payable workflows and procurement activities. Ability to prioritize work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Asset management for hardware and software. Pre-Screening Questions
