Manage financial, procurement, and IT asset processes in a fast-paced CPG environment. Oversee telecom/network invoices, coordinate hardware/software deployments, maintain accurate asset records, and support cellular device requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and support financial workflows.
Execute procurement and coordinate IT deployments.
Manage hardware/software assets and maintain accurate records.
Resolve IT/telecom requests independently or with vendors.
Provide reporting, analysis, and documentation as needed.
Skills & Experience:
4–5 years in finance, IT service, or asset management, preferably in CPG/F&B.
Strong AP/procurement knowledge and asset management expertise.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
