Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Houston, TX. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining knowledge of the real estate market trends in Houston. You will also establish relationships with clients, guide them through the home-buying or selling process, and foster trust and confidence as a real estate expert.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License applicable in the state of Texas
Proficiency in Real Estate knowledge, including market analysis, real property transactions, and applicable regulations
Strong Sales and negotiation skills
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets
Experience in the Houston real estate market is a plus
