Construction Field Superintendent
for a leading oil and gas client at
Shute Creek, WY . This is a long-term contract role with strong potential for extension.

Shute Creek, WY
Client:
Top Oil & Gas Company
Type:
Long-Term Contract (1 Year, Possible Extension)
Schedule:
Mon–Thurs, 4/10’s; OT as needed
Pay:
$85/hr
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and control daily field operations for assigned crafts and subcontractors
Oversee Field or Area Superintendent responsibilities
Understand and execute assigned construction tasks within the project scope
Interpret and work from plans and specifications
Execute projects within contracted schedules and budgets
Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams monitoring scope, schedule, and budget
Manage field crews and maintenance of earthwork equipment
Respond to field and client information requests
Champion Worker Safety Programs
Oversee contractor fabrication, construction, and hookup activities during Execution Phase
Serve as a Project Team (PT) member when assigned
Provide interface between crew and Construction Site Manager or Lead
Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in-field construction planning, execution, and completions
Willingness to travel domestically/overseas to project sites
Prior Construction Superintendent experience on major capital projects (Mechanical Piping strongly preferred)
Knowledge of Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards
Enthusiastic, self-starter with a client-service mindset
