Role: The Lead Pastor serves as the spiritual leader of Grace Church, equipping the congregation to live as distinctive followers of Jesus. This includes guiding spiritual formation, encouraging missional living, and fostering meaningful worship practices under Christ’s leadership. Responsibilities
Guide Grace Church through spiritual leadership, strategic vision, and compassionate pastoral care, working closely with the Elders to communicate and carry out the church’s mission. Lead and develop staff and volunteers, oversee church operations, and nurture a healthy ministry environment. Invest in the Grace family by mentoring ministry leaders, preaching biblically grounded sermons, shepherding the congregation, and partnering in meaningful worship. Cultivate spiritual growth through small groups, Bible studies, and the faithful celebration of key life and faith moments. Qualifications
Model healthy spiritual self-care, bring visionary leadership, and teach God’s Word with clarity and biblical depth. Be a compassionate and empathetic shepherd with strong relational and discipleship skills, able to communicate effectively across diverse settings. We warmly welcome applicants with broad ministry experience and a Master of Divinity or equivalent, who desire to serve and lead with wisdom, humility, and grace.
