CGT IP Law
is a new and growing intellectual property law firm located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. We foster a collaborative, supportive and inclusive work environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and talented legal assistant to join our dynamic team. The legal assistant will be responsible for managing intellectual property matters, attorney dockets, interacting with clients, and preparing and managing correspondence to clients, international attorneys and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Qualifications
3+ years as a legal assistant or paralegal; 1+ years in intellectual property/patents is preferred.
Preferred skills: proven organizational, multitasking and follow-up abilities; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Pattsy Wave docketing software is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits Salary: $50,000 – $75,000. Compensation for the role will be assessed in the interview process and depend on experience and relevant skill sets.

401(k) with regular profit sharing
Flexible work-from-home (WFH) policy that allows legal assistants to work at home up to 4 days a week
