Position Overview: We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager - Landscaping & Snow to manage and grow relationships with commercial clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery across landscaping and snow management operations. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys account ownership, coordination with operations teams, and proactive client engagement.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial landscaping and snow removal accounts
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Monitor service quality and address client concerns promptly and professionally
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accounts
Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, quality, and professionalism
Support seasonal planning and execution for snow operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Valid DOT card or willingness to obtain one (company support provided)
