Overview

Role: Brand Experience Lead, Amlactin Reports to: Head of Amlactin Location: Hybrid In-office (Bridgewater, NJ) 3 Days every week This role follows a hybrid work model based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. The selected candidate must live within a reasonable commuting distance and is required to be on-site at least three days per week—equating to a minimum of 60% of their time—to support regular, in-person collaboration with the team. ✨ Let’s Grow Together Are you obsessed with skincare, storytelling, and social trends? We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Brand Experience Lead to help shape the future of Amlactin brand consumer, digital, professional, and retail touchpoints. This role is ideal for a brand marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll help evolve brand equity, activate integrated campaigns, and bring big ideas to life—while ensuring every detail delivers on our clinical credibility and consumer promise. Responsibilities

Support and help shape Amlactin’s long-term brand equity strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across all consumer and professional touchpoints.

Contribute to claims and clinical development in partnership with R&D and regulatory teams.

Help evolve the brand’s digital ecosystem, including website, PDPs, and emerging GEO discovery strategies

Lead execution of consumer campaigns from brief through launch, orchestrating agencies and internal teams across paid and owned channels

Ensure creative excellence and strong brand expression across all assets, maintaining a high bar for visual and messaging quality

Partner closely with media, communications, and PR teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact storytelling

Lead PR and events, including consumer-facing activations and dermatologist conferences

Support dermatologist engagement initiatives, including conference planning, sampling and detailing programs, and professional communication materials.

Drive commercialization project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination stay on track

Qualifications

Have a college degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing—ideally in skincare, beauty, or a lifestyle brand.

Are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and drive execution.

Have strong creative instincts and can evaluate work through both a brand and consumer lens.

Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple workstreams at once.

Communicate clearly and collaborate easily across functions and agency partners.

Are energized by fast-paced environments and brand-building challenges.
