What You’ll Do

Admin support like managing expense reports, arranging meetings, ordering meals, and organizing department events Update and distribute status reports, work orders, estimates, and mail Assist in managing department files and storage Generate purchase orders and traffic invoices and manage some communication with vendors Remind freelance hiring managers of upcoming freelance request submission dates Administer a check in / check out process for people joining or leaving the agency Organize and traffic time sheets for hourly staff and freelancers Assist with financial tool tasks (running reports, setting up new vendors) Collaborate with multiple departments Maintain department contact lists and email lists Assist with server storage maintenance Maintain confidentiality What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external groups Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail Proven ability to prioritize and work in a team setting Experience creating reports and spreadsheets Ability to multitask successfully, keeping a number of assignments and priorities on track Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook (including calendar management); Bonus if you have experience with Atlassian Confluence + Jira, Google Suite, and Smartsheet Why It’s Great To Work Here

Compensation Range: $39,710.00- $55,110.00 annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
