As we scale across retail, DTC, and community-led channels, we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented

Jr. Community & Marketing Specialist

to support our growth on the ground and online. This role sits at the intersection of influencer partnerships, retail launches, community building, and customer insight.

What You’ll Do

Research, identify, and communicate with micro-influencers and local communities aligned with The Cycle

Support retail launches at Sprouts and local stores by coordinating materials, collecting photos, and preparing post-launch reports

Assist in organizing and executing in-store demos and local community events

Support email and DM outreach to partners, retailers, and influencers

Coordinate tasks and timelines with designers, contractors, and freelancers

Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback related to the product and overall user experience

Prepare and submit applications for grants and brand-support programs

What You Bring

1-3 years of experience in marketing, community, partnerships, operations, or a related field (internships welcome)

Strong research and communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Genuine interest in women’s health, wellness, and purpose-driven brands

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience working with influencers, communities, or retail partners

Exposure to CPG, wellness, or consumer brands

Familiarity with surveys, reporting, or basic data analysis

Experience coordinating with freelancers or external partners

What We Offer

Full-time role (8 working hours per day, Monday–Friday). Please note: we will not consider candidates planning to combine this role with other jobs.

Fully remote work — you may be located in almost any country or city. All you need is a reliable Internet connection, a computer to work from, and the ability to adjust your schedule to collaborate with the team. The role requires at least

3 hours of daily overlap with the Founder (PST time zone) .
