What will you be doing?
Build and own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across sales, growth, operations, and marketing.
Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies to consistently attract high-signal candidates, looking beyond just LinkedIn.
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create scorecards, structure interview loops, and close top-tier talent.
Ensure a world-class candidate experience from the first touch to the offer letter.
Flex to support G&A recruiting as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first mindset.
