rapidly scaling Series B AI startup
that is transforming its industry through advanced automation and intelligent platforms. They are hiring a
GTM Recruiter
who thrives in fast paced environments, operates with a high hiring bar, and takes pride in building world class teams.
This is a high impact role where you will directly shape revenue generating teams during a major growth phase.
What You Will Do
Own full cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Operations
Partner closely with hiring leaders to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview processes
Build proactive outbound sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer stage
Flex into G&A recruiting when needed
Must Have Qualifications
2 to 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience supporting GTM and or G&A roles
Recent experience at a startup or in house environment (not enterprise only backgrounds)
Proven track record managing requisitions end to end
Comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in San Francisco
Interest in modern recruiting tools, AI sourcing tools, and innovative hiring workflows
Preferred Backgrounds Strong candidates often come from one of these paths:
Former sales professionals who transitioned into recruiting
Agency recruiters who moved in house
Recruiters experienced supporting both GTM and G&A hiring
Business related degree
Experience with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby
Metrics driven recruiting results shown on resume or LinkedIn
