Overview Job Description – What You Will Be Doing: Through digital and live experiences, the Tennessee Titans Creative department curates club, fan and cultural stories to build meaningful connections. The Associate Video Producer (Social) will be tasked with taking video concepts from ideation to execution to share across multiple social platforms. An ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of video production, while being creatively curious and collaborative with all stakeholders. The Associate Video Producer will excel by reaching new audiences in Nashville and beyond to grow the Tennessee Titans brand. This individual will be an empathetic leader and collaborator with a passion for social media and deep ball knowledge. Additionally, the ideal candidate is preferred to have previous sports experience, people/group management, and a positive social footprint.
Responsibilities
Use non-linear editing systems like Adobe Premiere Pro to produce compelling video content
Utilize Adobe After Effects, Davinci Resolve to enhance footage, photography, and graphic content
Shoot and edit video content for team's social channels
This includes, but is not limited to helmet-off style features with players, practice, training camp, workouts, community events, local business spotlights
Confident and comfortable shooting on cinema cameras but also iPhone
Work closely with photography and design teams to conceptualize and ideate new innovative storytelling tactics
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new concepts
Contribute to the proper management of filing, archiving, storing, and indexing of footage
Support the creative team to ensure quality, consistency, and creative flow of the department's overall goals
Other duties as assigned by Titans' Senior Video Producer
Requirements Education
Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, filmmaking, or related field preferred
Experience
2-5 years’ experience in video creation and production, sports experience a plus
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects
Understands the current social media landscape and how to create viral video content tailored to a respective platform
Must be chronically online to understand and recognize trends
Ability to balance creativity and production workload, adaptable to changing business demands
Motivated, self-starter who works well in a collaborative, team environment
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
In person position located at the Tennessee Titans training facility in Nashville, TN
Available to work non-traditional work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
