Responsibilities

Support the commercialization and execution of annual marketing plans for priority customers and brands

Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager and sales teams to develop customer-specific plans and selling tools

Monitor market trends and provide proactive recommendations for program execution

Measure and evaluate program performance, sharing insights with Marketing and Sales

Develop customer-specific merchandising tools and coordinate vendor partnerships for program execution

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Customer/Trade Marketing, CPG/Bev Alc Brand Marketing, or Retail Media

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience managing agencies, vendors, or distributors

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with syndicated data and key partners (Nielsen, Numerator, VIP)

Beverage alcohol experience required; spirits experience preferred

Creative and solutions-oriented problem solver

Proficient in remote work tools: Teams, Zoom, Office Suite, etc.
