Marketing Business Analyst
to support and optimize our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on HubSpot administration. This role partners closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure systems, data, and insights are effectively leveraged to drive campaign performance and business outcomes. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary
HubSpot Administrator , ensuring system integrity and best practices Optimize existing HubSpot functionality and support new enhancements Partner with Marketing and Sales to support campaign execution and reporting Define, track, and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports Administer user access and troubleshoot system, integration, and email performance issues Account-based marketing (ABM) administration, including managing account setup within Demandbase and campaign setup Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of experience administering HubSpot
(certifications a plus) ABM platform experience, including campaign setup and account administration Experience with email and landing pages, forms, custom objects, and analytics Strong working knowledge of
Salesforce CRM
and marketing-to-sales reporting Familiarity with Seismic or similar content management platforms is a plus Understanding of customer lead journeys and demand generation metrics Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
