Role Description
We are looking for both a Senior Beauty Agent and a Senior Styling agent to work in our NY office in an on-site, full-time position based in our Soho, NYC office. Must have 5+ years experience as a beauty, photo, or styling agent and experience working with high profile artists in the luxury fashion and beauty market. Must be able to grow an independent roster as well as manage existing relationships. Core elements of the position
Responsible for managing and growing a roster of artists Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and/or managing jobs for Streeters artists Manage producers, where relevant, to successfully deliver jobs Responsible for managing artist careers through their life cycle and diversifying their income streams for long term sustainability Responsible for achieving an annual sales goal as set by your brand Communicating regularly with all stakeholders, including artists, brand employees, shared services, and management as needed Required Experience
Proven 5 years+ experience as a beauty, styling or photo agent in the fashion and beauty industry Understanding the emerging market and identification of new talent A thorough and demonstrable knowledge, understanding and interest in the business of fashion A demonstrable career history of negotiating and closing deals Proven ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with our strategic clients Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once Required Personal Skills
Goal-oriented, motivated, responsible and a pro-active self-starter Team player to support the brand Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and assertive with the ability to negotiate and achieve successful outcomes Extremely organized and able to multi-task and manage time whilst working under pressure Proficiency in French or Italian a plus Qualifications
