This role collaborates closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality graphics across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. This individual is detail-oriented, creative, and skilled at transforming strategic concepts into polished visual designs.

What You’ll Do Design & Creative Production

Develop visually engaging assets for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, website content, presentations, and paid ads

Create print materials including brochures, flyers, signage, trade show displays, and promotional collateral

Produce branded templates and graphic standards to ensure consistent application across the organization

Support video production through motion graphics, storyboarding, and visual asset creation (as applicable)

Maintain and update brand assets, graphic libraries, and design systems

Brand Stewardship

Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across all design work

Ensure consistency of tone, style, and visual identity among internal and external-facing materials

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refine brand direction and aesthetics

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

Work with marketing team members to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals aligned with marketing strategies

Partner with internal departments to support design needs that align with brand standards

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new campaigns and visual approaches

Project & Workflow Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates proactively

Prepare files for production, ensuring proper formatting and print specifications

Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining design integrity

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field

2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house environment preferred)

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)

Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, web graphics, email, paid ads)

Familiarity with UI/UX principles and basic understanding of web design best practices

Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus

Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and brand consistency

Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and creative iteration
