Candidates must be local to Merrimack, NH to work a hybrid schedule. This is a strict 6 month contract. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and dominKnow. Experience with video capture and editing. Familiar to the Microsoft Power Platform or Tableau. Strong in-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design including experience with creating learning strategies, deployment plans, and evaluation methods. Ability to identify and leverage an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement. Experience using Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to deliver skill and role-based trainings. Development and management of learning evaluation strategies. Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management. Ability to build and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually. Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction. 5 - 7 years of solution design and development experience in a corporate setting The Value You Deliver
Experience using learning tools to build rich, skill-building, experiences deployed through live delivery, Degreed, SharePoint, NovoEd, and SumTotal. Lead the design of learning solutions across critical skills and targeted roles employing strong adult learning principles, innovative learning modalities and technologies to transform the learner experience. Effective translation of subject matter expert content into practical, accessible and relevant learner solutions. Create learner-centric experiences and content leveraging user-centered design with practical application, measurement, and sustainment. Maintain currency with the latest industry learning trends, tools and platforms and effectively implement insights and standard methodologies into program designs and solutions Collaborate across peers and stakeholders building strong trusted partnership aimed at building learning solutions that solve business problems and strategic priorities.
