The Digital Content Specialist

develops, manages, and refines digital content across websites, mobile applications, digital signage, and advertising channels. This role ensures all content aligns with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and promotional guidelines while delivering a seamless and engaging user experience. The position requires strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and continuously improve digital strategy. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and data-informed, capable of working in a fast-paced environment that may include varied shifts, on-call responsibilities, and travel. Responsibilities

Execute digital content strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand standards. Maintain and update websites, mobile apps, digital signage, and screens to ensure consistency and usability. Write, adapt, and refine engaging content for digital advertising platforms. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on data insights. Manage content calendars to ensure timely and strategic publication. Conduct content audits to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. Implement SEO best practices to enhance search visibility and audience engagement. Monitor online business listings, brand reputation, and review platforms for accuracy and consistency. Ensure all content complies with promotional guidelines, regulatory standards, copyright laws, and brand policies. Stay current on digital trends, CMS advancements, consumer preferences, and best practices. Perform duties in various environments, including office settings and casino floors, which may include exposure to smoke and crowd noise. Work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, travel, and on-call assignments as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, plus at least three (3) years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), website analytics tools, and SEO strategies. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design tools. Creative thinker with basic photography, video editing, and Photoshop skills. Working knowledge of graphic, website, and mobile app design best practices. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Proficiency in proofreading, editing, and AP Style writing. Excellent written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills. Familiarity with the CNE mobile app and reporting tools preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. About Us
