Collaborate with sales professionals to execute marketing tasks for property campaigns, pitch materials, business development efforts, and brand‑related initiatives. Create, update, and distribute a variety of marketing materials—including offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, and signage—for office, retail, and industrial properties using tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Balance the use of templates with light custom design to ensure deliverables are visually compelling and brand‑compliant. Support the development of proposals and pitches by gathering content, organizing information, and designing customized presentations and supporting graphics. Prepare and proofread marketing materials and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with messaging standards. Create supporting visuals such as charts, maps, and infographics for presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools. Build and deploy email campaigns, manage distribution lists, and track key engagement metrics. Maintain and update marketing‑related data across internal systems and listing platforms. Track project timelines, coordinate deliverables, and maintain quality control across ongoing projects. Assist with planning, logistics, and materials for marketing events and broker‑sponsor activities. Draft and publish web and social content in alignment with brand guidelines. Stay current on design and commercial real estate marketing trends to support ongoing creative innovation. What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. 3 years of experience in marketing or design roles, preferably within commercial real estate or a professional services firm. Experience supporting business development or client service teams is advantageous. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and basic HTML is a plus. Excellent visual design and layout judgment. Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team. Detail‑oriented and highly organized in managing projects and assets. Pursuant to local law, Colliers discloses the following information: Area/Location Specific: Washington, DC. Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $62,640 to $75,000. Compensation and Benefits
Bonus : This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance. Benefits : Employees are provided options for employer‑subsidized medical benefits, including RX, dental, and vision, as well as employer‑paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short‑term/long‑term disability. Eligible for a 401(k) plan with employer match. Paid time off includes 10 sick days, a minimum of 15 vacation days, 10 paid holidays, and two personal flex days. Certain senior‑level roles have unlimited time off.
