This position is an onsite role based out of our Washington, DC. office. About you You’re a creative, detail‑driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy bringing ideas to life—whether it’s crafting compelling marketing materials, supporting property listings, or contributing to business development and client engagement initiatives. With a strong foundation in marketing and a natural ability to manage multiple priorities, you balance creativity with organization and precision. You love working closely with sales professionals and marketing teammates, partnering to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand materials that align with client objectives and elevate the overall story. In this role, you will… Collaborate with sales professionals to execute marketing tasks for property campaigns, pitch materials, business development efforts, and brand-related initiatives. Create, update, and distribute a variety of marketing materials—including offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, and signage—for office, retail, and industrial properties using tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Balance the use of templates with light custom design to ensure deliverables are visually compelling and brand-compliant. Support the development of proposals and pitches by gathering content, organizing information, and designing customized presentations and supporting graphics. Prepare and proofread marketing materials and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with messaging standards. Create supporting visuals such as charts, maps, and infographics for presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools. Build and deploy email campaigns, manage distribution lists, and track key engagement metrics. Maintain and update marketing-related data across internal systems and listing platforms. Track project timelines, coordinate deliverables, and maintain quality control across ongoing projects. Assist with planning, logistics, and materials for marketing events and broker-sponsor activities. Draft and publish web and social content in alignment with brand guidelines. Stay current on design and commercial real estate marketing trends to support ongoing creative innovation. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. 3 years of experience in marketing or design roles, preferably within commercial real estate or a professional services firm. Experience supporting business development or client service teams is advantageous. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and basic HTML is a plus. Excellent visual design and layout judgment. Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing projects and assets. Pursuant tolocal law, Colliers isdisclosingthe following information: Area/Location Specific: Washington, DC. Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $62,640 to $75,000 Bonus This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance. Benefits Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15 days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
