Responsibilities
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all related products
Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters relating to medical technology and procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of medical products and related procedures
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential business opportunities and conduct customer training
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
Qualifications
High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and interact with personal computers
Preferred Qualifications
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
Work Arrangements Remote work with travel within the assigned territory.
