Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and “own the room.” Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide conversations toward mutually beneficial outcomes. Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs, business drivers, and market dynamics. Analytical thinker and proactive problem-solver, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions. Detail-oriented with strong knowledge of company offerings and commitment to accuracy. Entrepreneurial spirit and action-oriented approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities. Skilled in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficient in MS Office or similar tools. Ability to build consensus across internal teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Advantageous experience in Financial Services, Legal, or SaaS industries (not mandatory). Willing & able to work from our NYC office 3 days per week (right next to Grand Central station). Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Customer focused – excellent understanding of customer needs alongside business drivers and experience of using that knowledge to set priorities, solve operational issues and drive revenue growth. Entrepreneurial spirit and action-oriented mindset. It is an advantage to have worked in the Financial Services industry, the Legal industry or a software company in a different industry, but neither are mandatory. Benefits
