Position: Sales Coordinator Location: Lenexa, Kansas Open Date: 2/4/2026 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Responsibilities Support for sales team including pulling current account information, buyouts and invoices

Reviewing and processing sales paperwork to ensure contracts are complete and accurate

Communicating with sales team and clients to provide progress updates

Training sales staff on paperwork processes

Minimal travel to other local branch offices required (1-3 days per month)

Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate\'s degree preferred

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role in a professional business setting

Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to submit to a criminal background check

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Total Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, three weeks of paid time off, paid holidays and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, plus additional perks such as volunteer opportunities and company-sponsored events.
