Position We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be communicating with both sales representatives and clients. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing sales paperwork. You must ensure that the contracts are complete and correct which requires a high level of attention to detail. You should also be proficient using Microsoft Office and must have strong organization skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
Support for sales team including; pulling current account information, buyouts and invoices
Reviewing and processing sales paperwork
Communicating with sales team and clients to update on progress
Training sales staff on paperwork process
Minimal travel to other local branch offices required (1-3 days per month)
Compensation Estimated Total Compensation: $50,000-55,000 annually. We also offer a full benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, three weeks of paid time off, paid holidays and a 401k plan with a generous company match as well as additional perks including volunteer opportunities and company sponsored events.
Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience working in an administrative or customer service position in a professional business setting
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.
