We are seeking a driven Mid-Market Territory Account Manager to lead New Business and Current Business for all Forcepoint solutions within a specific geographical region. The salary range and variable compensation for this role is 140,000.00 - 175,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. Remote Illinois Essential Function

Responsible for new account development through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances, and services to accounts. Work with the Regional Vice President to develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives. Engage sales resources (SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives) on the development and implementation of customer account plans. Qualifications and experience we are looking for: University degree preferred and 2-5 years of sales experience or equivalent work experience. Proven cybersecurity experience, including cloud security and network security, with experience in managing, growing, and taking ownership of accounts. Previous experience with accounts under 2000 employees. Proven track record of achieving quota and maintaining a strong sales background. Experience presenting to C-level/executive contacts within customer accounts. Experience working with the Channel as well as direct business development. Ability to partner and engage with internal resources (sales specialists, sales engineers) and liaise with external partners at all levels. Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies. Structured, time-managed working style with good time-management skills. Experience working across various vertical markets with strong analytical and forecasting skills. Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills. Use of CRM systems to develop, manage, and close forecasted opportunities. Ability to drive revenue through complex, multi go-to-market strategies and manage and execute the sales process effectively. Manage 150-300 prospect accounts and ensure account tiering and time management. Meet or exceed sales quota and liaise with management as needed. Note: Don’t meet every single qualification?
