This position is within our Agent Referral Division! As an Account Manager you will be utilizing heavy outbound prospecting efforts to partner with real estate agents across the nation, working together to secure their clients' homes and protect their families. Your pursuit to build a business and increase your income helps protect communities all over the country. Every time you push yourself outside of your comfort zone, you are impacting more than just your paycheck! We are willing to pay BIG for exceptional salespeople, so we offer a weekly minimum base, uncapped weekly commissions, AND monthly/yearly bonuses! Responsibilities

Make heavy outbound call efforts, ranging from 150-200 dials per day, no auto-dialer. Generate client leads through newly established B2B partnerships. Achieve monthly lead generation and productivity KPIs. Qualifications

1+ years preferred sales experience Required Skills

Hunter Mentality Competitive Drive Active Listener Ability to adapt and sustain a resilient mindset Experience with CRMs and Microsoft office Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: Weekly minimum pay + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75,000-$110,000) on average. Additional positions unlocked with higher income potential to make an average of $130,000 to $180,000. Equal Opportunity Statement
