Job Responsibilities
Lead and own U.S. export freight forwarding and LLP operations for a strategic customer account
Manage end-to-end operational performance including service levels, cost control, and execution quality
Translate customer contracts and service blueprints into scalable operating processes
Drive productivity improvements, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure full compliance with U.S. export regulations, NVOCC requirements, and security standards
Lead on-site and shared-service teams delivering daily export operations
Experience Needed
4+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or LLP operations with leadership responsibility
Strong export operations background across Air Freight and Ocean Freight
Working knowledge of Incoterms, NVOCC concepts, and U.S. export regulations
Experience managing high-profile or strategic customer accounts
Ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
