Outside Sales Representative – Masonry Location:
Milwaukee Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Compensation:
$70,000 – $80,000 base salary + uncapped commission (First-year OTE: $100,000) Benefits:

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, masons, architects, and other industry partners Develop new customer relationships and support repeat business Meet with customers to understand project needs and recommend appropriate products Assist with estimates, material calculations, and purchase agreements Work closely with inside sales and vendors to support project planning and order fulfillment Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and via email Qualifications
Experience in outside sales, inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles Background in building materials, construction, or related industries is a plus Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and job site visits Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with customers Strong communication skills and a relationship-oriented mindset Ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects, and follow through Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office applications
