Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Houston for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Commercial Sales team. The SDR will actively engage in prospecting and lead generation initiatives, qualifying inbound and outbound sales leads, and conducting outreach to potential commercial clients. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, scheduling and conducting sales calls or meetings, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth in the assigned region. Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, demonstrating proficiency in identifying and engaging with potential clients Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities Background in Sales and Business Development to effectively close deals and expand the client base Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team to achieve sales targets Proven time management and organizational skills Familiarity with CRM tools and sales-related technologies is a plus Prior experience in B2B sales and account management is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
