The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of laundry systems and a keen ability to tailor solutions to meet the diverse needs of businesses such as hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, and laundromats. Key responsibilities include: Leverage industry experience to drive sales and increase market share. Cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers while seeking new opportunities. Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our products. Engage in solution-based selling tailored to the specific operational needs of each client. Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Provide expert advice and product recommendations based on a deep understanding of the commercial laundry sector. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop strategic sales plans. Requirements include: Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the commercial laundry equipment industry. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. Advanced problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
