Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commissions
Participate in coaching sessions to enhance performance and career advancement
Qualifications What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
Availability to work some weekends
