is a team of passionate creators who help brand owners, creative agencies and media partners produce innovative, high-quality content at unparalleled speed and scale. Our mission is to create solutions that empower clients to drive sales and awareness. You are:

A Visionary Hybrid Creator:

You’re comfortable discussing the "rule of thirds" and color theory as you are discussing latent space and seed values. You bridge the gap between traditional cinematic craft and the frontier of Generative AI. A Hands-on Maker:

You aren’t just a “manager” who delegates, or a “big thinker” who iterates ideas, though you are both; you also love the thrill of the prompt and the satisfaction of a perfect edit. You’re ready to get your hands dirty in the tools every single day. A Technical Storyteller:

You understand that AI is a tool, not a shortcut. You know how to coax emotion, narrative, and beauty out of an algorithm. A Natural Mentor:

You’re a leader who enjoys leveling up a team, sharing your secret sauce workflows, and keeping everyone inspired by what’s possible. The work:

Leading the Charge:

You will direct a team of video creators, setting the standard for AI-integrated workflows and ensuring the output meets high-end cinematic quality. End-to-End Creation:

You’ll be responsible for generating high-fidelity AI video assets (using tools like Runway, Weavy, Gemini Pro, Firefly, and others) and then bringing them into the real world through expert post-production. Workflow Architecture:

You will build and refine the pipeline that allows our team to move from a prompt to a polished, professional deliverable with visual consistency and temporal stability. R&D & Innovation:

You’ll stay at the bleeding edge, testing every new model and plugin to ensure we are always utilizing the best tech available. Creative Strategy:

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to show how AI can solve “impossible” creative briefs—faster, better, and more imaginatively. Here’s what you’ll need:

7+ years

in professional video production or filmmaking and

1+ year

of dedicated experience working with AI video material. Experience should include: The Reel:

A stellar portfolio that proves you can create AI video that looks intentional, high-budget, and narratively sound. Mastery of the “New”:

Expert-level prompting skills across multiple platforms (Runway, Weavy, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.). Mastery of the “Classic”:

Deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and experience with DaVinci Resolve or similar post tools. You understand that the best AI work is finished in post. Technical Fluency:

A deep understanding of frames, resolutions, aspect ratios, and how to troubleshoot the quirks of generative video. Bonus points if:

Agency Veteran:

You’ve spent time in the advertising world and know how to navigate brand guidelines and tight deadlines. The "Heavy" Tools:

You have experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or creating custom LoRAs for character consistency. The Big and Small Screens:

You have a background in Film/TV production and/or have managed large-scale social media campaigns with millions of views. Multi-Disciplinary:

You have experience with 3D tools (Blender/Unreal) or AI-assisted audio production.
