Responsibilities
Develop and lead all aspects of a national sales team, including strategy and personnel development
Drive initiatives to empower the sales team with market knowledge and insights for expanding market share
Monitor and improve key sales metrics focused on revenue and closing ratios
Foster deep, meaningful client partnerships through effective coaching and team management
Collaborate with internal teams to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of sales leadership experience with a focus on goal setting and pipeline management
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a growth and retention model
Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience influencing at the C-level
Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and available for up to 50% travel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in coaching sales teams on complex sales processes
Familiarity with the real estate market and industry trends
Skills in data-driven decision making and process standardization
Passion for fostering a positive and growth-oriented team culture
