Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
Willingness to travel up to 50% for industry meetings and events

Experience in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
Ability to lead teams through change and ambiguity
Strong coaching skills for complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
Background in real estate or related industries
