As we look to the future, we are seeking a leader to build upon this established legacy and identify new avenues for strategic growth. This role reports directly to our General Manager.

Responsibilities

Own sales strategy execution in the field, team performance, and revenue targets.

Analyze sales data, pipeline health, and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to identify trends, forecast revenue, and implement corrective actions.

Lead a team of sales consultants, providing coaching, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.

Offer continuous training to enhance skills in presentation, objection handling, and closing.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure lead generation strategies are aligned with sales capacity and target demographics.

Collaborate with the operations team for seamless communication and project hand-off, ensuring an exceptional client experience from sale through installation.

Manage daily sales activities, pipeline tracking, and reporting to leadership.

Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and overall client satisfaction.

Role Requirements

7+ years working within sales, 3 of which within a leadership role, preferably in the residential services or adjacent sector.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong commitment to process discipline and the proactive adoption of internal tools to ensure data integrity and team efficiency.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams.

Logistics

Report to General Manager

Hybrid work between in-office and job sites (office is in Sterling, VA)

Compensation: includes competitive base and quarterly bonuses. Total cash compensation can range depending on performance from $100K-$210K.
