Now, we’re expanding our presence in the US and looking for a new member of our Mid-Market Account Executive team to help convert our strong inbound pipeline into high-value customers. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, product-led company as we scale in one of our most promising markets. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts ( Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process. Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based. Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure smooth onboarding. Refine and shape our US sales motion, working alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies. Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping us build the foundation for future growth. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar). Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products. Top performer: you have a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team. Hunter mindset: you have a proven track record in outbound sales. Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline—we’re currently 100% inbound. Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations. Entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment. Bonus points: you have experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage. Based in Boston (monthly travels to NYC) or New York (hybrid 2-3 days per week) and open to traveling. What we offer Competitive salary + OTE + equity Access to Sequoia Capital’s NYC office.
