We’re looking for an Inside Sales Support – Specification professional to support our Commercial Sales team by influencing specifications, supporting technical decisions, and strengthening relationships across the plumbing and mechanical design community.

What You’ll Do
Providing sales and technical support to wholesalers, engineers, contractors, regional sales teams, customer service, and independent reps
Qualifying and tracking leads through company-subscribed lead services
Reviewing plans, specifications, and fixture schedules to calculate take-offs, generate quotes, and build submittal packages
Supporting specification efforts by cross-referencing products and providing technical guidance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and rep partners to drive brand awareness and influence specifications
Coordinating and hosting Lunch-and-Learn presentations to educate customers and secure specifications
Assisting internal teams with specification drainage inquiries and technical information
You’ll regularly interact with plumbing wholesale distributors, plumbing/mechanical contractors, engineers, and our independent rep agency network.
Additional Opportunities
Provide training and support to internal teams
Travel occasionally for training sessions or industry trade shows
Assist with sales reporting and expense tracking
Help design and set up product demonstrations and training displays
Requirements—What Sets You Up for Success
Strong understanding of how to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and fixture schedules
Ability to communicate technical information clearly—both written and verbal
Comfortable working in Microsoft applications and managing multiple priorities
Interest in building deep expertise in specification drainage and trench drain systems
Prior experience in plumbing, drainage, construction products, or technical sales support is a plus
