Overview

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will own the continuous improvement roadmap across the organization. You\'ll lead key initiatives, coach teams on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and partner closely with leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities that enhance product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Our client, a long-established leader in precision-engineered components used across aerospace, defense, telecommunications, medical, and other high-tech industries, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence. Description

Develop and lead the company-wide continuous improvement strategy and governance structure. Create and deliver training and mentoring programs for process owners in Lean, Six Sigma, and CI tools. Manage cross-functional process improvement projects focused on waste reduction, efficiency, and operational excellence. Advise leadership on improvement opportunities that support growth and customer satisfaction. Facilitate value stream mapping to define current-state processes and design future-state improvements. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify root causes and support decision-making. Build and maintain CI reporting and regularly present progress to senior leadership. Partner with operations, quality, engineering, and other teams to ensure change initiatives are implemented effectively. Profile

Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or quality within manufacturing. Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or related methodologies. Experience with ERP systems. Quality engineering experience; ASQ certifications (CQE, CRE, CQM, CQA) are a plus. Demonstrated success improving quality, cost, and delivery in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills (FMEA/FTA experience preferred). Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently. Experience in the aerospace industry is strongly preferred. Job Offer
