Description
The Consumer Marketing Specialist is a core member of the US Consumer Marketing team, supporting the execution of marketing programs designed to drive consumer awareness, interest, and conversion for the Invisalign brand. Responsibilities
Support organic and paid social media execution, including content briefing, review, publishing, and reporting
Partner with internal creative teams to help develop on-brand social content
Assist with creator and influencer programs, including briefing support, content tracking, and deliverable coordination
Support PR and earned media initiatives by helping coordinate assets, track placements, and support reporting
Collaborate with consumer marketing team members on integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
Assist with agency coordination and provide feedback to support campaign execution
Support strategic partnerships with social platforms and media partners
Help monitor performance, consumer trends, and competitive activity
Support brand consistency by applying brand guidelines across all marketing efforts
Assist with events, activations, and consumer-facing moments as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience, internships welcome
Strong interest in consumer marketing, social media, creators, and culture
Understanding of paid, owned, and earned media fundamentals
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment
Hands-on experience across social, creator marketing, and earned media
Exposure to integrated campaigns for a leading consumer brand
Strong foundation for growth in consumer marketing and brand management
Pay Transparency If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
