Service Desk Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team supporting a federal program in Arlington, VA. This role provides first-line technical support for client-specific applications, hardware, and network systems in a fast-paced, ITIL transitional environment. ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED Responsibilities: Provide walk-in, phone, and email support during service hours. Log and track incidents in the ITSM system with accurate documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Support client-specific applications and standard desktop tools. Analyze and recommend alternative solutions to meet customer needs. Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in cross-functional team processes and ITIL best practices. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs. and setting up equipment (computers, servers, network devices). Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE Active IAT Level II certification at start date (one of the following): CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP 3+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst with proven support experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and respond to last-minute requests. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $70,000$72,000 Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays. This job opens for applications on 11/24/2025.
