We are a growing chiropractic practice looking for one experienced leader to take ownership of patient growth.
This isnot an entry-level marketing role.
It is for someone who has already led growth in a local, service-based business and knows how to assess systems, fix what’s broken, and take responsibility for results.
What you will own
Evaluate existing marketing, outreach, and referral systems
Identify gaps and opportunities for patient growth
Create and execute a clear growth plan
Lead community outreach and referral efforts
Oversee social media and external marketing support
Track results and report clearly
Improve systems so growth is consistent and repeatable
You will have authority to lead and improve execution — not just assist.

A task-by-task position

What we’re looking for
Experience leading growth or marketing for a local business
Comfort being accountable to outcomes
Ability to step into an existing operation and improve it
Professional judgment and follow-through
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Clear systems and reliable reporting
Structure & compensation
Full-time leadership role
Competitive base salary - $55k to $65k per year
Performance-based bonuses - $30k to $50k per year
Opportunity to build and lead a larger marketing team
