This role leads the setup, maintenance, and optimization of website platforms, marketplaces, ecommerce systems, email platforms, and other strategic digital initiatives that drive business performance. Monday–Friday 8am - 4:30pm Pay Range:

$55,000 - $75,000 annually Key Responsibilities Build and maintain ecommerce product listings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates according to established standards. Research, recommend, implement, manage, and integrate MarTech applications across platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners on integrations and technical problem-solving. Stay current on ecommerce platforms, marketplace trends, and MarTech solutions. Evaluate and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Develop, document, and implement standard ecommerce processes and workflows to improve efficiency across content,product listings, pages, blogs, promotions, shipping, and more; train internal team members as needed. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor changes in third-party selling platforms (marketplaces, dropship programs) and communicate updates internally. Manage SEO, PPC, and organic growth strategies. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Use data to optimize SEO, PPC, and organic performance. Manage Amazon Seller Central, including monitoring ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews. Support creative development and website redesign initiatives. Create, optimize, and analyze ongoing, campaign-based, and promotional digital advertising efforts across channels. Manage and optimize transactional email workflows including Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Welcome, OrderConfirmation, Delivery Notifications, Review Requests, and Post-Delivery communications. Provide ecommerce insights, trends, and best practices to drive performance. Assist with trade show support as needed. Materials & Equipment Utilized Computer, phone, printer, copier, and standard office equipment. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in an Ecommerce marketing role, including digital marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Design or similar tools preferred. Experience working with large retail partners and ecommerce platforms such as SPS Commerce. Paid advertising platform experience (Google, Meta) is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong expertise in online salesstrategies and ecommerce platforms. Experience managing web platforms; working knowledge of Google Analytics (or equivalent) strongly preferred. SPS Commerce experience strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Self-motivated, adaptable change agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. Travel Requirements Occasional travel (5–10%) for industry events and training. Online applications only.
