Executive Personal Assistant

to support a support a public-facing entrepreneur and philanthropist principal in a highly personalized environment.

This is a true right-hand role for a professional who thrives on being deeply involved in both the personal and business life of their principal. Committed to providing exceptional, best in class levels of service and support to the principal, clients, and all stakeholders, with the understanding that you are a daily reflection of the principal and their brand. The successful candidate will be trusted with sensitive matters, complex logistics, and high-level coordination, and will play a critical role in ensuring seamless daily operations at all times.

This is a lifestyle role. Flexibility, availability, and discretion are essential.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, this role requires flexibility and responsiveness beyond standard business hours when needed, including occasional evenings.

Ability to travel on weekdays with occasional weekends (about one weekend per month) and international travel 2 to 3 times per year

What you will do

Serve as the primary point of support for the principal across personal and business matters

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple time zones

Coordinate travel logistics including flights (public and private aviation), hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.

Handle reservations, appointments, and high-level personal arrangements as well as errands and day-to-day personal support and requests

Lead and/or support events, hosting, fundraising, and public appearances

Manage shopping, gifting, wardrobe coordination, and special requests

Liaise with vendors, advisors, security, and service providers

Track expenses, bills, and organize documents for financial and legal coordination

Maintain contacts, follow-ups, and relationship coordination

Support business meetings, correspondence, and administrative needs

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times

Be available for urgent or time-sensitive requests, including evenings, weekends, and travel periods

What you will bring

7+ years of experience in executive level roles as a personal or private assistant, ideally with a high net worth clients or public-facing principal

Strong travel coordination and logistics experience

Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible schedules

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, good judgement and discretion

Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities

Tech-savvy with strong administrative capabilities

Confident, outgoing, and comfortable networking

Valid passport and ability to travel overnight and weekends
