
The Executive Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and personal support to a senior executive. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and anticipation of needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while juggling both professional and personal priorities.
Responsibilities Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and events
Act as gatekeeper for the executive’s time, prioritizing requests and communications
Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Personal & Lifestyle Management
Oversee personal appointments, travel, and logistics
Manage household vendors, services, and special projects
Coordinate personal events, gifts, and reminders
Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise
Operations & Administration
Track expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support ad-hoc projects and special initiatives
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications
4+ years supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)
Flexible availability as business needs require
