Senior Marketing Analytics Manager If you\'re energized by turning complex data into clear strategy, shaping marketing investment decisions, and influencing business performance at a high level, this role will feel like home. We\'re looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to lead ROI measurement, market modeling, and performance reporting across our marketing organization.
You\'ll serve as the analytics expert who partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Headquarters stakeholders to guide smarter planning, optimize promotional effectiveness, and support forward-looking cost control for multiple sales channels.
Responsibilities
Analyze and report on the ROI and business impact of marketing activities, including product launches, campaigns, events, and promotions.
Maintain and enhance the market model, ensuring accurate inputs for annual planning, budgeting, and competitive analysis.
Build business cases, forecasts, and performance reporting for promotions, including quarterly reviews and post-initiative evaluations.
Provide data-driven recommendations to Marketing Managers to guide initiative planning, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.
Gather and maintain competitive pricing intelligence and identify opportunities to improve contribution margin.
Develop and optimize dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to support sales targeting, campaign tracking, and business performance insights.
Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to marketing analytics, pricing, and reporting.
More about you
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or equivalent marketing-focused advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of analytical experience, ideally within the hearing, medical device, or other regulated industry.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across teams and geographies.
Experience managing projects, budgets, and marketing processes with a continuous-improvement mindset.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office; experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and Showpad is highly valued.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative, with a strong analytical mindset.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role\'s pay range is between: $117,000 - 142,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
